How We Collect and Use Information We collect the following types of information about you: Registration and Profile Information. When you create an account, or sign-in via Social Media, we may collect your personal information such as your username, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and a photo. Application can be used in two ways: 1. to track watch devices 2. to track your friends or kids location who use iOS or Android based devices. To present your friends on the map, we collect the friend's name and email address from your phone book. We send this list to external server using SSL/TLS https://service.myfrap.com which is managed ONLY BY US and no other 3rd partes has access to it. We don't keep a copy of your contact list on the server. We use the list to match with existing users. If want to disable this feature, enable "PRIVATE MODE" in the app. Geolocation. We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We collect the location of your designated 'Places' to provide alerts when your friends or devices arrive and leave. You can always 'Turn location services' off. You can also adjust your device settings to withdraw permission for the MyFrap! app to access location data. Please note that your MyFrap! app may not be able to provide all of our Services to you if you disable access to location data through your device settings. For instance, when you turn off location sharing, we won't share your location; however, we will continue to show your friends location information in order to provide the Service (for example, your location won't be shared, but you still can monitor your friends and observe their location on the map). We maintain location information only so long as is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete location data tied to your personal information. We may maintain de-identified location data for a longer period of time in order to analyze aggregate trends and metrics. We don't share location information with any third parties, unless you agreeed to join promotion campaign. SMS (Text messages). You can register watch tracking devices like Q50, Q60, Q90, Q100, Q360, Q527, Q528, Q750, DF25, GW900 and similar compatible with "watch protocol" inside MyFrap! application. MyFrap! sends configuration messages to those devices, that's why SMS access is needed. If you don't plan register any "watch tracking devices", you can disable SMS access and still enjoy all features available in MyFrap!. When you interact with our site through various social media, such as when you Like us on Facebook or post a comment to our Facebook page, we may receive information from the social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to MyFrap! website or Service. When you visit our website or use our mobile app, we may collect certain information about your computer or device through technology such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tracking/recording tools. The information we collect through the use of tracking technologies includes, but is not limited to, IP address, browser information, referring/exit pages and URLs, click stream data and information about how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, or Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser and track your browsing behavior on our site, mobile device type, mobile device IDs or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. Sharing of Your Information Personal Information. We share your email and GPS location inside MyFrap! community only. You can always check inside MyFrap! application who see your location and block that user if necessary. When you join promotion campaign, we may share your name, email and GPS location collected during the campaign with partners who cooperate in particular campaign. Campaigns are disabled by default. To join campaign, you need to explicitly agree particular campaign's terms. So far campaigns take place mostly on territory of Poland. 3. How We Protect Your Information We maintain a variety of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. These safeguards help protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Be sure to use a strong password to access your account with us. No security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for erroneous processing of personal data (collected during promotional campaigns) by partners co-organizing promotional campaigns. 4. If you wish to cancel your account, please contact us at support@myfrap.com. 5. Children's Privacy Our Service allows parents to keep track of their children's location on mobile devices. The Service is intended to be used by children under 18 only with significant parental involvement and approval. If a Parent wishes to add a User who is under 18, the Parent must constantly monitor people who see it's children location and block some contacts if needed. Users under 18 can get 'visible for parents only' status. To get such status for children, please complete the Parental Consent Form first and return it via mail support@myfrap.com.
